Throwback: In June, Kevin and Caroline built buoy sampling stations out of rope and cinderblocks in anticipation of intense field work later in the summer. We also launched the zodiac to explore several quiet coves in the Bras d'Or Lake. Back at our camp site, there was a family of geese and we watch the goslings grow larger day by day.
Kevin Ma and Caroline Potvin are off to Cape Breton Island to study marine invertebrates in the Bras d'Or Lake. This blog chronicles the adventures during the summer of 2014.
